ABOUT STEVIE

I am a certified personal trainer based at Sport and Exercise in Edinburgh. My passion for health and well-being naturally led me to become a fitness professional. My goal is to help others realise the power of fitness, not only on feeling great physically but also mentally. I specialise in strength, conditioning and golf specific coaching, however, I can also tailor sessions to meet individual needs and wishes.

I am a TPI Certified Trainer.

What is TPI?

TPI is the world's leading educational organization dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing.

Since its inception in 2003, TPI has studied thousands of golfers ranging from the top professional Tour players to weekend enthusiasts. An incredible amount of data on players of all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels has been gathered during this time.

Using this data, TPI discovered how a properly functioning body allows a player to swing a golf club in the most efficient way possible.

Stephen is an excellent PT who knows his stuff and puts this across in an easy to understand manner. Stephen is also very encouraging and keeps in touch regularly between sessions which I like.
